  This is a neat little place to dive. It is on the high side fee wise but was still a cool dive nonetheless. It isn’t very much fun if you’re a snorkeler as there isn’t a ton to see from the surface and you get very cold quickly if you don’t have a wetsuit.
  
  It is nice as divers get priority on the stairs since the pathway is very small.
  We spent two short dives down there and I’d definitely like to come back and explore the rest.

  Great experience! It is actually significantly smaller than it appears in photos though. You are REQUIRED to have snorkel, goggles and flippers, which you can bring or rent. The place is primarily for divers, as snorkelers are not supposed to swim down and explore and are supposed to stay on the top. Personally, I did not see much. In may springs, you can see fish and other fun things but as far as snorkeling in the main area, I didn’t see much of anything at all. I am sure divers who can go deep into the cave systems are probably able to see a lot more. There are picnic tables and shaded seating areas as well. If I lived closer, I would visit again, but I don’t feel it is worth the drive if I am far away. The spring being inside the cave itself is awesome, but there just wasn’t too much to see and it got super crowded during busy times of the day.

  Conflicted on this rating...on one hand this place is amazing and I discovered years ago...that was before it became an extension of disney world. A location is only as good as the experience you have while there aka TONS of people and lines take away the beauty of this place. If they were smart, they would get creative on ways to deal with this. My #1 recommendation is weekdays, off season or camp there and wake up early and go.

  Really cool area, lots of great things to see and do. And of course there's the sinkhole that made this place famous. It's quite cavernous, and definitely looks different underwater. Learning to scuba there, definitely a lot more room than you'd think. You still bump into the occasional person (especially on weekends), but plenty of water for everyone. Nice picnic grounds topside, and nice scenery, you can definitely enjoy a lot of what Florida has to offer.

  Beautiful place, this was on my bucket list for a while and finally we had the chance to visit this amazing place. We saw some fishes and turtles. It was quiet today, not too many people which we enjoyed. The water was very cold but it was an unforgettable experience.
